We created Villas Carlota so you can enjoy a warm, comfortable and peaceful family atmosphere, whether you are starting your vacation or heading home. We are on a quiet street 5 km from Cancún International Airport, with spacious rooms, a garden, a terrace and a pool to cool off after your flight.
Patricia, our host, welcomes you and helps you with whatever you need. We send you our location before you arrive and coordinate your arrival time. We also help you order dinner for delivery and arrange reliable transport to the airport.
Every morning we serve a continental breakfast with toast, jam, fresh fruit and coffee or juice, included in your rate. If your flight leaves early, let us know and we will arrange it. And if you are traveling with your dog or cat, they are welcome too, at no extra charge.

Arrival. Check-in from 15:00 to 23:30. Let us know your arrival time on WhatsApp and we will send you our exact location.
Departure. Check-out before 11:00.
Reception. Open every day from 7:00 to 11:00. For the rest of the day, we coordinate your arrival by message.
Registration. On arrival we may ask you for official photo ID and a card or a cash deposit for incidentals.
Payment methods. Cash, Visa and Mastercard. Payment by credit card carries a 5% charge.
Pets. Dogs and cats are welcome, at no extra charge. Service animals too.
Children. Children of all ages are welcome. Cribs subject to availability.
Laundry. Laundry service available for a fee.
Building. Two floors, no elevator. If you prefer the ground floor, ask for it when you book.
We are on a quiet street, 5 km from Cancún International Airport: the ideal location to rest before or after your flight. From here you can drive to the beaches of the Hotel Zone and to Playa Delfines.
We are 5 km from the airport, about 16 minutes by car. Before you arrive, we send you our exact location on WhatsApp and, if you need it, we help you arrange a transfer or a reliable taxi from the airport or from the Tren Maya station. If you arrive by car, free enclosed parking awaits you on the property.
